Our Houston team is looking for an experienced BCBA! This position comes with unique growth opportunities including the ability to work closely alongside the Regional Director and to support your clients via telehealth. Responsibilities include directing Kyo client programs and managing staff implementation of ABA services, supervising Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors, serving as a Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees, conducting observations and assessments in various settings, developing individualized treatment plans, informing clients of behavior plans and goals, monitoring and reporting client progress, designing and delivering training to parents, professionals and staff, assisting with clinical or operational projects, modeling program implementation, attending and facilitating meetings, ensuring efficacious development of programs, meeting performance metrics, and performing other duties as assigned including direct therapy. Mentoring responsibilities include overseeing Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, delivering quarterly performance reviews, acting as Responsible Supervisor for BTs in BACB coursework, and providing individualized mentorship. Requirements include BCBA certification, MA degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, operational skills, ability to drive to client and business meetings, willingness to occasionally work longer than 8 hours/day, reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance. Physical requirements include ability to walk, kneel, crawl, bend, crouch, stand, sit on child-sized chairs, lift up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity for data entry, specific vision and auditory abilities, and ability to speak and receive detailed oral communication. Work environment includes homes, schools, community locations, or center offices and may be stressful due to client behavior or busy office environment.
