Responsibilities include directing client programs, managing staff implementation of ABA services, supervising Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors, serving as Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees, conducting observations and assessments in various settings, developing individualized treatment plans, communicating progress with families and staff, designing and delivering training, assisting with clinical or operational projects, modeling program implementation, attending meetings, and ensuring effective program development. Mentoring responsibilities include overseeing Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, delivering performance reviews, providing individualized mentorship, and maintaining supervision duties.
