For a limited time, a $2000 sign-on bonus is available! Pay Rate for direct therapy: $22.50 per hour; Pay Rate for supervision duties: $26.50 per hour DOE. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 play-based instruction using ABA techniques, assisting clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilizing company-provided iPad for data collection, handling clients safely, communicating with team members and caregivers, participating in clinical team meetings and staff training, providing training and mentoring to clinical staff and caregivers, spot-checking data graphs, assisting with reports and program updates, facilitating team meetings, designing treatment programs, conducting assessments, scheduling appointments, collaborating with IEP teams for district-funded clients, modeling behavior intervention tactics, tracking student progress, and ensuring effective program development. Minimum requirements include ability and willingness to obtain/maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or state-specific ABA licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, enrollment in BACB verified BCBA coursework or relevant experience, passing background checks, availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, reliable vehicle and driver’s license, COVID-19 vaccination proof, preferred knowledge of Apple iPad and Google Suite, minimum 2 years experience with children with developmental disabilities, intent to work in autism field, experience facilitating meetings and training, excellent communication skills. Physical requirements include ability to walk, kneel, crawl, bend, crouch, stand, sit on floor or child-sized chairs, lift up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity for data entry, specific vision and auditory abilities, and ability to use safe handling procedures if required.
