Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based therapy for individuals with autism. The Program Supervisor will provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques, assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilize company-provided iPad for data collection, and communicate effectively with team members and clients' caregivers. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff and caregivers, spot-checking data graphs, assisting with reports and program updates, facilitating team meetings, designing treatment programs, conducting assessments, scheduling appointments, collaborating with IEP teams for district-funded clients, and ensuring effective program development. Minimum requirements include willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or state-specific ABA licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, enrollment in BCBA coursework or relevant experience, ability to pass background checks, full-time availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, reliable vehicle, and preferred Spanish-speaking skills. Physical requirements include ability to perform various physical activities and handle pediatric clients safely. The role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, $1000-$2000 relocation assistance, pay rates of $30/hr for direct therapy and $35/hr for supervision duties, paid training, benefits for 30+ hours/week, and a supportive company culture.
