We are launching services in the Nashville area, and are looking for a BCBA to support our regional leadership. Our clinicians experience personalized mentorship, competitive benefits, flexible work hours and the opportunity to support clients on average 50% via Telehealth. Responsibilities include directing client programs, managing staff implementation of ABA services, supervising Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors, serving as a Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees, conducting observations and assessments in various settings, developing individualized treatment plans, communicating progress with families and staff, designing and delivering training, assisting with clinical or operational projects, modeling program implementation, attending meetings, ensuring program efficacy, meeting performance metrics, and performing other duties including direct therapy as needed. Mentoring responsibilities include overseeing Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, delivering quarterly performance reviews, acting as Responsible Supervisor for BTs in BACB coursework, and providing individualized mentorship.
