Hopebridge is hiring an experienced
Physician Liaison to expand access to autism therapy services across
North Carolina, with a focus on the Raleigh and Charlotte metro areas. This strategic, field-based role requires a relationship-builder who can represent the Hopebridge brand in the local medical community. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare professional with 10+ years of experience and deep regional insight into the NC healthcare and referral landscape.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with pediatricians, neurologists, developmental specialists, and other healthcare professionals across North Carolina
- Serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert on Hopebridge services and referral processes
- Identify new referral sources and expand access to ABA, speech, and occupational therapy services in assigned regions
- Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and lunch & learns with physician offices, hospital teams, and healthcare organizations
- Collaborate with clinical teams and local center leadership to align outreach efforts and support operational goals
- Stay informed on payer landscapes (commercial and Medicaid) and educate physicians accordingly
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM; track referral activity, follow-ups, and outreach plans
- Represent Hopebridge at relevant conferences and community events
- Partner with the marketing and business development teams to support campaigns, collateral, and messaging
- Achieve or exceed referral and growth targets for assigned territory
Requirements
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or physician outreach
- Strong understanding of the North Carolina medical community and referral patterns
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development and achieve referral goals
- Familiarity with autism therapy, behavioral health, or pediatric services is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally with occasional overnight travel
- Residency in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC is required

- Well- connected to universities in the North Carolina area
- Existing network of pediatric providers in North Carolina
- Background in pediatric, behavioral, or developmental healthcare

Additional Information
- Travel: Heavy within assigned territory, with 2–3 overnight trips/month
