In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is a growing and thriving multi-disciplinary clinic that is looking for experienced Senior Speech Therapist. We have just expanded our state-of-the-art facility, and we are ready and willing to receive additional therapists and clients. Our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic offers robust OT, SLP, PT, Mental Health, feeding therapy, a therapeutic preschool program, transitional program, and ABA services. Our mission is to help as many children as much as we can, to help support our community and to have FUN while we do it!
What is the Senior Therapist?
The team at In2Great! Is young, innovative and collaborative, however we need to bring in a depth of knowledge in the discipline that will allow our team to grow and expand. We need experienced therapists who have been in the field long enough to share their wisdom and expertise while having a wonderful facility to treat their clients. We are looking for an experienced therapist with 10 years or more of experience in each of our disciplines.

In2Great! is a sensory integration-based clinic. Our clinicians take a child-centered approach when treating our clients. Brief job description entails evaluation of clients, writing up evaluations, treatment planning, establishing goals, conducting therapy sessions, documentation of sessions, communication with clients’ parents/caregivers, collaboration/communication with client “teams.”

Key Responsibilities:
As an SLP at In2Great! You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, child-centered therapy. Your duties will include:
- Performing client evaluations and assessments.
- Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Mentor staff when asked by Department Head as schedule permits
- Delivering therapy sessions are designed to meet each child’s specific needs.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of sessions.
- Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- 10 Years’ experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to working with children and their families.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
