Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based therapy for individuals with autism. Kyo serves thousands of children and teens across nine states. The Program Supervisor will provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques, assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilize company-provided iPad for data collection, and communicate effectively with team members and clients' caregivers. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff and caregivers, spot-checking data graphs, assisting with reports and program updates, facilitating team meetings, designing treatment programs, conducting assessments, scheduling, and collaborating with IEP teams for district-funded clients. The role requires compliance with company policies, including mandatory reporting of child health and safety concerns. Minimum requirements include ability and willingness to obtain or maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or state-specific ABA licensure, BCaBA highly preferred, a Bachelor’s degree, experience in ABA coursework or behavior modification services, passing background checks, full-time availability Monday through Friday 8am-7pm, reliable vehicle, and at least 2 years experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Physical requirements include ability to walk, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds, and use technology for data entry. The position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, pay rates of $25/hr for direct therapy and $30/hr for supervision duties DOE, paid training, benefits for 30+ hours/week, and a supportive company culture.
