Damar Services is looking for a talented and motivated Crisis Response Supervisor to join our team. The Crisis Response Supervisor is responsible for completion of treatment plan development and implementation, data collection, and behavioral intervention in individual treatment of intensive mental health and behavioral services. Assists the treatment team and other members as designated, in the creation of behavior intervention plans. Responsible for maintaining documentation of all services provided. The Crisis Response Supervisor leads a multidisciplinary team to support high acuity youth in out of home placements.

- Provide oversight and guidance to the team of clinicians and paraprofessionals to ensure those who access the service are receiving quality care.
- Serve as a backup for team members as necessary.
- Travel in and around Marion County to assist with promotion of the program and participate in any related community meetings.
- Help promote the program while in the community.
- Member of the integrated health services team at Damar Health Services.
- Takes pride and ownership in Damar’s facilities and assigned work areas.
- Acts as a good steward of Damar and/or client finances.
- Prioritizes duties in a manner consistent with organizational objectives and growth.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook and the Damar Operational Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Completes and updates mandatory training and other licensure related items in a timely manner.
- Maintains documentation that is accurate and legible.
- Completes incident reports, including reporting any suspected exploitation, abuse, or neglect of a client

- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Need To Be Considered...
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution in social work, psychology, counseling, or applicable discipline.
- 2 years of experience working with a similar population required.
- Must be eligible to obtain one of the following licensures (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Licensure (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) preferred.
- Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements.
- Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification.
- Ability to pass and maintain Critical Moments Training (CMT) Certification.
- Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs as detailed in policy 1.HR.02 Pre-Employment and Employee Background Checks.
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving).
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical required.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
