The Operations Assistant

Successful candidates will understand general office administrative duties
and how to keep a center clean and running efficiently.
They will also
understand
what it means to be the
first point of contact
for the center and how to
initiate
and nurture
relationships with
our
clients, their families
, prospective
clients and current employees.
Their
ability to leave a great first impression can directly impact the success of the center.
Hours: M-F 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $21-$22 hourly depending on experience
Responsibilities
Customer relations management:
- Coordinating and processing client referrals
- Trouble shooting client authorizations.
Data Maintenance
and maintaining client database and
scheduling appointments
- Conducting daily audits to ensure data integrityÂ
Staff
su
pport
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Collaborate with Learning and Development department to deliver annual and ongoing staff training
- Follows all policies and procedures, including but not limited to
, HIPAA
, confidentially and mandated reporting standards as set by the
c
linical team.
Qualifications

Applied Behavior Analysis

- Strong understanding
and comfort in using
Microsoft
Product Suite
– Outlook, Word,
Excel
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as

ability to lift items up to 25
lbs
on occasion.
