Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary: Ambitions ABA is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy in Lincolnwood, IL. You’ll oversee the entire therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
- Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Review session notes, providing constructive feedback
- Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active BCBA Certification (required)
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (required)
- Proficient with various assessment methods
- Experience with Central Reach preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
- Passion for working with children and families
