We are searching for a highly organized professional with a positive disposition to manage the operations of our ABA Center in Stockbridge Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full and part-time employees including time and attendance management. The Center Operations Manager will become a key member of center leadership team working with our Center or Regional Directors to manage all aspects of the center operations and its staff. This job represents a tremendous opportunity performing socially significant work with an established leader in the Autism treatment industry.
Butterfly Effects will train this professional on health-care issues related to Autism and medical service authorizations.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operation of the Center by supervising administrative and support team members and contractors, and programmatic supervision of clinical staff under the direction of our Center or Regional Directors.
- Manage and report on team performance to increase the enrollment of children at the center.
- Be the Center HR liaison providing oversight of HR policies and employee relations issues.
- Liaison with the Professional Development team to ensure timely training of technicians for the center.
- Help manage client behavior in a positive manner ensuring families follow up on commitments, engage in the therapy process, and communicate with team members helping their child.
- Oversee daily staffing for clients and staff.
- Manage the organization of client drop-off and pick-up. Organizing staff to safely transport clients to supervised locations.
- Oversee the administrative hours of each center and create weekly compliance reporting.
- Cover client oversight for staff breaks and absences as needed.
- After completion of RBT certification, provide direct services for clients and/or Lead Technician oversight as needed.
- Follow through on non-clinical responsibilities and policies.
- Manage center operations including supplies, cleanliness, scheduling of facilities, safety of the environment, appearance of the Center, and any other operational issues that arise.
- Must have a daily presence at the center (not a remote position).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related degree.
- 2+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading operations processes, building and expanding team operations, facilities management, and management of vendors.
- Direct ABA experience as a Lead Technician and/or working towards a BCBA certification beneficial but not required
- Willingness to attain the Registered Behavior Technician certification within 90 days of start
- Ability and willingness to work with a diverse workforce balancing individual and business needs.
- Must have well developed professional and social interaction skills.
