As a Family Intake Coordinator, you’ll ensure our client families have a good experience throughout the autism diagnosis process, ensuring the paperwork is filled and submitted, collecting documentation as needed, and supporting the clinicians with scheduling and communications.
What You'll Do
- Ensure family paperwork is completed and emailed/mailed
- Collect documentation/assessment and questionnaires
- Manage clinician schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families during the assessment process, providing guidance and addressing any non-clinical concerns
- Attend meetings to work collaboratively with admissions, clinical, and operations to efficiently ensure all clients get best-in-class care
- Train and support intake coordinators and staff to ensure consistency in procedures and best practices
- Schedule initial assessments for clinical assessors across all regions of the company
- Work with BCBAs and Clinical Directors to schedule reassessment reviews with clinical assessors
Requirements
Requirements
- High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Background in medical office setting (Billing, Medical Assistant, Diagnostics/Testing, Autism and related disorders etc.) and/or familiarity with ABA services (RBT, BCBA, etc.)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with families, clinicians and other team members, and service providers in child’s community
- Schedule is Friday through Tuesday (Wednesday/Thursday off)
