Clinic Director & Equity Partner (Licensed BCBA)
Full-Time | Pediatric Start-Up Clinic | Ivy Rehab for Kids

Overview:
Are you a BCBA with a passion for leadership and a dream of owning your own clinic? Ivy Rehab for Kids is offering a unique opportunity to launch and lead your own start-up ABA clinic as a Clinic Director / Equity Partner. With Ivy’s full support, you’ll have the resources, mentorship, and autonomy to build something amazing for the families in your community.

What You’ll Do:

Launch and grow your own ABA therapy clinic
Lead a multidisciplinary team
Provide hands-on, compassionate pediatric care
Collaborate on local marketing and outreach
Earn equity and share in your clinic’s success

Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited program
Current or pending BCBA license or certification
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
Leadership potential and entrepreneurial drive
