Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA)
Location: Phoenix West Valley | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days In-Clinic, 2 Remote)
We're looking for a motivated, compassionate BCBA to join our Phoenix West Valley team in a full-time hybrid role. If you're a credentialed professional with a heart for service, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do

Develop and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans

Conduct assessments and analyze treatment data

Supervise and support RBTs in the clinic

Partner with families for effective, consistent care

Maintain thorough documentation and clinical quality

Stay current with ABA research and best practices
What You'll Bring

Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required)

Experience delivering ABA services in clinical or hybrid settings

Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

Ability to balance in-person clinical work with remote responsibilities
