We’re currently looking for a Care Coordinator. This is a flexible position with remote options, full-time or part-time availability, and a sign-on bonus for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate care and services for children receiving ABA therapy
Maintain communication with families, therapists, and funding sources
Assist with scheduling, authorizations, and documentation
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding for new clients
Provide excellent customer service and advocacy for families
Qualifications:
Experience in care coordination, healthcare admin, or case management (preferred)
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
Excellent communication and a heart for helping others
Tech-friendly and proactive—comfortable with remote work tools
