We are seeking a
Case Management Program Manager to join our behavioral health program serving clients in
Bucks County in Warminster, PA.
The Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division.
Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. This role may manage a caseload of their own.
The Case Management Program Manager Will
- Oversee Case Management Program and team which assists consumers by linking them to services and resources.
- Oversee daily operations of the Program, ensuring alignment with organizational mission, strategic goals, and regulatory standards.
- Review of financial guidelines and productivity of the case management team.
- Provide direct supervision, support, and training to case managers (up to 9) and the program administrator.
- Support and guide in Crisis Response
- Support staff in developing individualized service plans and addressing complex client needs through case consultation and coaching.
- Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and funding.
- Support in the development and management of program budgets, revenue analysis, overseeing billing processes and ensuring timely collection while working with the AR team.
Earn $58,000-$60,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
