This role involves home support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help clients build communication and life skills.
We have a client in Saline with the following schedule:
Weekly Schedule:
- Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Foster supportive environments that promote positive behavior change.
- Teach communication and functional skills that empower individuals.
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by behavior analysts.
- Record and track data to monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to share insights and updates.
- Maintain detailed daily therapy notes.

High School Diploma Required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience in ABA or working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred but not necessary.
Willingness to learn and receive training.
