About Us:
Bright Achievements is a dynamic and growing ABA therapy provider committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and research-based behavioral services to children and families. We are currently seeking dedicated BCaBAs with strong administrative and clinical assessment skills to support our Clinical Team with assessments, authorizations, and limited caseload responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessments & Authorizations
- Create, revise, and manage initial and reassessment templates and reports for VA-based services.
- Upload finalized reports and maintain accurate tracking in internal systems (Rethink, Google Drive, spreadsheets).
- Coordinate assessment assignments and deadlines, including reminders and follow-ups with BCBAs.
- Support use of assessment tools (e.g., Q-global, Vineland, BASC) and participate in peer reviews with insurers as needed.
- Manage authorization requests, data tracking, and updates in collaboration with the billing team.
- Maintain up-to-date credentialing records for BCBAs and assist with discharge documentation when necessary.
Clinical Administration & Team Support
- Conduct recurring check-ins with the clinical and assessment team.
- Assist with updating client intake and onboarding spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with Intake, Marketing, and Referral teams as needed.
- Support BCBA onboarding and orientation related to assessments.
- Attend monthly 1:1 meetings with BCBAs and assist other clinical administrators as needed.
Caseload Responsibilities (Small Caseload - BCaBA/BCBA)
- Meet monthly with the Clinical Director to review case assignments.
- Maintain open communication with parents, techs, and stakeholders.
- Review session notes regularly in Rethink for content and accuracy.
- Conduct assessments based on authorization period (does not guarantee ongoing caseload).
- Collaborate with families and teams to implement effective treatment plans.
- Design curricula and behavioral support plans based on data and research.
- Provide community- and school-based services when approved by the Clinical Director.
- Maintain organized scheduling, communication, and documentation practices.
- Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Requirements:
- Active BCaBA certification
- Experience with assessments, insurance authorizations, and ABA clinical documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Rethink, Google Workspace, and telehealth/remote platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform in-person assessments (hybrid flexibility for other tasks)
