Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time Hybrid
We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team in a flexible hybrid role, combining remote work with in-person responsibilities. This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy and meaningful client interaction.
As a BCBA with Treetop ABA, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise and train Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier ABA services.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans

Conduct assessments and analyze data to measure client progress

Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians

Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client services

Stay informed on the latest ABA research, trends, and best practices
Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Active BCBA certification
-
Active LBA certification in Oklahoma (required)

Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills

Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work

Experience with diverse populations is a plus
