Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time in a hybrid role. This position blends remote work with on-site responsibilities, offering flexibility and direct client engagement.
In this role, you will lead the development and supervision of individualized ABA programs, support and mentor Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and monitor customized ABA treatment plans

Perform assessments and use data to track client progress and outcomes

Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians

Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive treatment

Maintain detailed, timely documentation

Keep current with advancements in ABA practices and research
Who You Are
-
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Active BCBA certification
-
Active LBA license in Oklahoma (required)

Experienced in ABA program development and supervision

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities

Collaborative and team-focused mindset

Comfortable working with diverse client populations
