Overview
Join Our Mission to Expand Access to Life-Changing ABA Therapy
Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to step beyond the clinic and make a bigger impact?
We’re seeking a BCBA Growth & Recruitment Partner to drive staffing for new and expanding ABA centers across emerging markets. In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with strategic recruitment skills to ensure our centers are launched with top-tier talent from day one. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, influencing, and securing BCBAs who align with our standards, culture, and mission.
You're Role & What You'll Do::
The BCBA Growth & Recruitment Partner is a critical member of our De Novo and talent acquisition teams, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing top tier Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who align with our mission, clinical standards, and culture. This role exists to eliminate unnecessary delays in the hiring process by centralizing recruitment, interviewing, and offer execution into a single, streamlined function, especially for new and growing centers in emerging markets. This individual will play a key role in supporting our De Novo efforts by helping staff centers during their earliest stages, ensuring we can open and operate with high-quality clinical talent from day one. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical insight into ABA therapy, a deep understanding of the expectations of the BCBA role, and a sales minded approach to candidate engagement. While prior recruiting experience is preferred, it is not required. A passion for people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and influence top talent are essential.
Own the end-to-end hiring process for BCBAs—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Conduct clinical interviews and behavioral assessments to ensure strong alignment with company values and care standards.
Partner closely with De Novo leadership to prioritize urgent hiring needs and ensure smooth center openings.
Persuasively promote our organization to candidates—clearly communicating our mission, clinical model, and career opportunities.
Influence and support candidates through relocation decisions by highlighting our community, professional growth, and incentives.
Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems and ensure a professional, positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Help refine recruiting strategies to improve time-to-fill and hire quality as we scale.
Qualifications:
4+ years of ABA experience; strong understanding of clinical practice and BCBA responsibilities is essential.
BCBA certification strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required (psychology, education, or clinical field preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required—if you can connect with people and know how to spot a strong clinician, we’ll teach you the rest.
Sales-minded approach to candidate engagement and relationship-building.
