The Opportunity
We're hiring a
Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical operations in Hawaii. This is a hands-on leadership role offering a blend of mentorship, assessment, and direct client impact. You'll oversee 10–12 BCBAs, maintain a small caseload, and serve as a key driver of clinical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs through regular 1:1 and group meetings
- Conduct initial client assessments and write high-quality treatment plans
- Carry a small caseload (16 billable hours/week) with monthly billing minimum of 70 hours
- Provide oversight and support for RBT performance and growth
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
- Maintain timely documentation and uphold quality standards using CentralReach
- Champion ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence-based ABA practices
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification (4+ years required)
- Current Hawaii LBA license (or license-eligible and willing to obtain)
- Reside within the state of Hawaii
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to supporting other BCBAs and building family-centered care
