About The Job
The Sales Manager will build relationships with referral sources, be consistently engaged with staff, and work collaboratively with the leadership team in driving new patient/learner onboarding. If you can grow and maintain relationships, generate new business, develop great rapport with a variety of individuals, and manage caregiver and patient satisfaction for two busy pediatric outpatient clinics, we want to talk to you. If you have all those traits plus experience with ABA or pediatric outpatient rehab, we
need to talk to you!
Requirements
- Pass a Background Check
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Able to work independently, be a self-starter and not be afraid to make the first move
- Solid familiarity with sales and marketing principles
- Be resourceful in developing ways to monitor and manage patient and provider satisfaction

Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. is also required.
