Job Description
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager who will be responsible for creating exceptional guest and teammate experiences, while ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations and support to various departments.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Serves as the joint point of contact for all operational initiatives at our lead corporate office (HQ); managing the needs of the office and administrative functions.
- Acts as point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners; engages in clear and consistent communication, handles confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manages the office space and meeting room availability; schedules conference spaces in HQ for executives, teammates and training cohorts.
- Demonstrates accountability for all office space needs; manages building access, office and kitchen supplies.
- Responsible for procurement needs; manages the procurement of HQ and training cohort SWAG.
- Manages relationships across internal departments and external vendors; collaborates with various departments to support administrative needs and projects, facilitates relationships with external vendors to secure supplies, negotiate rates and manage the facilities.
- Promotes engagement and office culture; plans and leads team-building activities, quarterly happy hours and office lunches, and promotes a culture of inclusivity and connection.
- Responsible for active engagement of HQ telephone and email communications
- Supports all travel arrangements and accommodations for employees; utilizes travel coordination platforms, facilitates communication related to travel needs, enforces ABC travel policy and provides reliable on-demand support for travel inquiries to ensure seamless logistics.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Candidates must be located in Austin, Texas or surrounding areas.
- Must be physically present at ABC Corporate Office five days a week during assigned hours
- 2-4 years experience working in a professional environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is expected.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher completed preferred
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required / Preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively professionally and positively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proven track record in providing executive-level support.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions
