The Opportunity:We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision and training to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We are invested in providing opportunities for our analysts to grow professionally and move their careers beyond the BCBA role. There are opportunities for advanced positions such as clinical supervisor or team lead, and we are open to advancement through developing a new site or area. We want you to grow with us!
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and support staff.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Emphasize trauma-informed and assent-based therapy approaches in treatment planning.

- Salary Compensation: $78,000/yr
- Bonuses: Opportunities for additional earnings through quality performance and meeting organizational goals totaling an additional $6,000.
