We’ll train you in everything you need to know about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and you’ll keep learning through ongoing professional development. You’ll work closely with BCBAs, gain real hands-on experience, and have the chance to move up into senior clinical roles over time.

Qualifications- High School Diploma (or equivalent) or an active RBT Certification (Stride will assist you in obtaining this certification if hired)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
- Reliable transportation to our center
- Must be able to pass a clinical background check
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from sitting to standing and to lift up to 25 lbs
- Working knowledge of computer usage
- Successfully complete Stride's onboarding and training

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Work 1:1 with children with autism under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to help increase the child’s communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
- Relay client progress to BCBAs to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Assist BCBAs with assessments as needed.
- Accurately record client progress using Stride’s data collection system.
- Write and submit clinical notes summarizing client sessions.
- Assist with toilet training and diaper changing as required.
- Voice issues/concerns to leadership in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Abide by Stride’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate as needed with parents, teachers, and other professionals on the child’s team.
- Support team members and assist in non-clinical activities as needed.
- Positively contribute to Stride’s culture, prioritize client safety at all times, and abide by Stride’s client safety protocols.
- Maintain client confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism at all times.
- Willingness to commit for at least 6 months to ensure consistency for the children we serve.

Experience and Qualifications- Availability Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
- Reliable transportation to our center
- Must be able to pass a clinical background check
- Working knowledge of computer usage for data collection and reporting
- Successful completion of Stride’s onboarding and training program
- Must maintain an active RBT certification
Physical Requirements- Mobility & Posture: Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and sitting (including floor sitting and child-sized chairs).
- Strength & Endurance: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull equipment, and occasionally run for safety or play.
- Motor Skills: Frequent fine motor use, including writing, handling materials, and using electronic devices.
- Communication: Must clearly speak, hear, and respond to verbal cues consistently.
- Observation & Awareness: Strong visual ability to monitor child behavior and environmental changes.

Hourly pay starts at $20.00 and goes up based on experience in the field of ABA. \n
