Part-Time Occupational Therapist in our new
Adult Service Day Habilitation Center, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to enhance adults independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.
Your Role
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support individuals progress.
- Design and implement functional activities that address individuals’ occupational therapy needs.
- Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
- Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Program Directors, Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists.
What You Need
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Licensure: Valid MA Occupational Therapy license.
- Skills: Strong multitasking, collaboration, and initiative.
- Qualities: Passion for student progress and teamwork.
