A bit about Achievement Behavior Services:We are an agency that was founded ten years ago, in 2015, by the joint efforts of dedicated BCBAs and LCSWs. We have a successful history of supporting children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families with direct, in-home/in-community ABA therapeutic services. Our approach uses the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to mentor and support these children towards increasing their communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence Presently, we are seeking ABA Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to join our network of dedicated ABA professionals, to provide direct ABA services to children with ASD, in collaboration with one of our many esteemed Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBAs). Behavior Technician Tasks:Measure, assess, and document skill acquisition of student's progress on the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)1:1 Goal-oriented, in home, direct service work with a student involving implementation of ABA approaches including but not limited to discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcements, and reward-systems.Thorough and comprehensive session-to-session documentation, data analysis, and billing.Actively engaging with clinical direction and professional feedback from BCBA supervisor(s)Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients or students, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkers What we offer to our Behavior Technicians:A competitive hourly starting rate (based on qualifications)Flexible PART-TIME schedules: after school & potential for weekendsWork collaboratively with leaders in our ABA Professionals Network.Opportunities to pursue further professional credentials: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)ABA Behavior Technician training at the guidance of your immediate clinical supervisor (a BCBA)As an ABA Behavior Technician/Therapist (BT), you have the opportunity to make an impact on a school-aged student with the diagnosis ASD. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate BTs to commit to one of our clients for ABA Therapy sessions on a regular, weekly schedule. In this role, you will have the support of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who will supervise your work and guide you through an individualized treatment plan (BIP) with personalized SMART goals to work on independently with the student. You will be collecting data and completing daily session notes in this role.
