Position Details
The Compliance Director is responsible for managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the compliance team. This position ensures that the organization is adhering to all regulatory requirements, policies, and standards set forth by federal, state, and local laws governing the healthcare industry. The Compliance Director will oversee compliance activities, monitor risk, and implement procedures to minimize regulatory risks, protect patient safety, and ensure ethical business practices.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field is required. Master’s Degree Preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance challenges and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks and develop corrective actions.
- Experience working across multiple large data sets, including creating dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and trend analyses (not sure if required or preferred)
- Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, etc. or other data software required
- Knowledge of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse laws, Medicaid, Medicare, Healthcare regulations, and Privacy Laws required
- CHC certified preferred
