We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned program, ensuring efficient service delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include implementing strategic plans, leading staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also manage program finances, including P&L responsibilities, assist with annual budget development, and promote the program through marketing and community engagement efforts.
Salary Range: $33.00- $37.00

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skills
- Bachelor's degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or, Registered nurse;
- 1-4 years supervisory experience, Masters Preferred
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate staff, volunteers, and stakeholders towards a common vision.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze information, solve problems, and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Experience in building and sustaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and funders.
