Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to expand your impact beyond 1:1 therapy? Join Invo's mission-driven team as a part-time Behavior Coach, where you'll work at the classroom and systems level to drive real, measurable change. This role is designed for professionals passionate about equity, trauma-informed practices, and empowering educators with tools to transform learning environments.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct structured observations using Invo’s proprietary ABLE℠ (Assessment of the Behavior Learning Environment) to identify classroom-level strengths and areas for growth
- Design and implement data-driven coaching plans targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 behavioral frameworks
- Deliver ongoing, individualized coaching and modeling directly to teachers and classroom staff
- Embed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), trauma-informed, and culturally responsive strategies into daily instruction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBAs, school mental health clinicians, trauma specialists, and district leaders
- Use Invo’s Insight™ platform to track classroom progress and document teacher growth in real time
- Foster teacher capacity, improve student engagement, and reduce reliance on exclusionary discipline
- Serve as a change agent, shifting school culture toward proactive, supportive behavior systems
What Sets This Role Apart:
- Mission-Driven Impact – See the difference your coaching makes every day—in classroom climate, student outcomes, and educator confidence
- Data-Backed Support – Every coaching partnership starts with ABLE℠ and continues through Insight™, giving you clarity and structure
- Collaborative Culture – Work alongside experienced professionals in behavior, mental health, and education
- Professional Growth – Ongoing mentorship, specialized training, and opportunities to advance in systems-level practice
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Prior experience in educational or classroom settings strongly preferred
- Strong foundation in ABA and understanding of trauma-informed practices
- Committed to collaborative coaching, not compliance monitoring
- Passionate about equity, student success, and sustainable systems change
