Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a driven and strategic recruitment professional who thrives in a people-first environment and is passionate about connecting top clinical talent with meaningful work.
Preference will be given to candidates located in TX, AZ, CO, NM, or GA.
About the Role
As a BCBA Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll take the lead on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across multiple states. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure we attract and retain high-quality clinicians to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively source BCBA candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and university partnerships

Develop and maintain strong university and college relationships to support internship and job pipelines

Represent Treetop ABA Therapy at career fairs and BCBA conferences

Manage and optimize job postings across multiple platforms

Review resumes, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews

Recommend candidates, send offer letters, and assist with new hire onboarding

Ensure applicant status updates across systems (iSolved, Lumary, sapphire, Viventium)

Complete administrative onboarding tasks such as I-9 verification and credentialing paperwork

Build relationships with new hires to support retention and engagement

Track recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies as needed

Maintain timely and compliant hiring practices
Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Recruiter or in Talent Acquisition, preferably in ABA or healthcare

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Experience with applicant tracking systems

Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities

Understanding of the behavioral health or ABA field is a plus

Willingness to travel occasionally for job fairs and events
