About UsThe Treetop Therapy serves children aged 2-18 across several states, including Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado. We specialize in in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA programs that empower children to reach their fullest potential. What You'll Be DoingAs an RBT, you'll be the superhero behind one-on-one ABA therapy, working closely with children in their homes. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help kids build important life skills, learn new behaviors, and thrive in their communities. You'll:
- Implement individualized therapy programs that make a real difference.
- Use proven, data-driven techniques to help children grow and develop.
- Work closely with families to tailor therapy to each child's unique needs.
- Track and document progress using electronic medical records.
- Create success stories in both home and community settings!

What We're Looking ForRequired:
- RBT Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for data collection.
Preferred:
- TRICARE certification.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for helping children develop independence and thrive.
