Chief of Staff - Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and help us attract top talent to support our expanding clinics.
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Chief of Staff who will primarily focus on
Talent Acquisition of Physical Therapists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier physical therapy professionals to join our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the physical therapy industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top Physical Therapists and support staff.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit for Compleat Rehab’s culture and clinical needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, job fairs, online platforms, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry contacts to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a physical therapist
- Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment preferred (not required).
- Strong knowledge of the physical therapy industry, including licensing requirements and credentialing processes.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring Physical Therapists in a competitive job market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience utilizing ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
