What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate strong referral relationships with physicians, schools, and community organizations
- Strategize and implement outreach initiatives to grow our footprint
- Represent MySpot at professional and community events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service
- Track, report, and present market insights and development progress to leadership
What We Offer:
- Salary: $52,000 – $60,000/year (based on experience) + quarterly performance bonuses

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- 2+ years in pediatric home health preferred
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
